Wine and Tapas

Explore the Spanish culture of sharing small plates whilst sipping on some of the world's best wines. In this class, we will learn to make popular tapas dishes alongside some more creative versions of the classics. Whilst we cook (and eat!) we will hold a wine tasting session with a variety of samples from across Spain. Includes morning cooking class, lunch and wine.
